At Damn Good Coffee Company, we’re on a mission to change the coffee industry. The waste from coffee consumption is a major contributor to the trillion-ton CO2 problem from the food and beverage category.

We are creating a sustainable system that makes it easy to turn coffee net-zero at scale. We have successfully turned many thousand coffee users climate-neutral, but we are only getting started, obsessed with the impact we can make for the many.

Sounds like your kind of mission? 

We are looking for a dedicated Head of Sales, with a proven commercial track record.

A “Chief Impact Hunter”, that will build our commercial team around our mission.

So far we have mainly worked within the BTB area, converting offices and co-working spaces to sustainable solutions.

You will work directly with the two co-founders, be part of the Management Team and play a vital part in proving our model further commercially – ready for global adaptation.

 

As Head of Sales, you will?

  • Develop the sales strategy
  • Have full sales funnel responsibility: From inbound, outreach, qualifying to close new prospects.
  • Build and develop the sales team: hire, train, coach, and motivate.
  • Generate new business pipeline through cold-calling/LinkedIn/email etc.
  • Keep an organized pipeline – using tools like Hubspot.

 

What makes you the candidate we’re looking for?

  • Want to be part of a social impact company, achieving positive change every day.
  • Accomplished sales leader with at least 2 years of sales management experience ideally in a scale-up, or other fast-growing business.
  • Experience from “Food & Beverage” or “Workspace/Office Solutions” would be a further plus.
  • Fluent in Danish.
  • Fluent in English as a strong secondary language.
  • You have an exceptional understanding of how to motivate a team.
  • A growth mindset.
  • Highly motivated and self-driven.
  • Proactive & collaborative.
  • Proven record of success and hitting KPIs.
  • Intellectually curious and problem-solving.
  • You have a passion for sustainability and coffee.
